Kansas Mortgage Rates;
The Kansas housing market is looking stable for both buyers and sellers. Low mortgage rates, high inventory levels and realistic prices all make this a great time to make a purchase. With rates being so low, you can buy a lot more home for your money. Buyers should take advantage of these historically low rates. Buyers also have a much greater selection of homes to choose from.
Kansas doesn’t seem to be following the national trends of significant decreases in prices. Although the market has slowed there is still strong demand and a strong local economy will have a positive effect on the housing market.
Both buyers and sellers should look at entering the market in the off season as there are more bargains available for buyers and there is less competition for sellers.
Sellers will also be more willing to negotiate on price. The low level of demand and the high level of supply means that the buyer is in the driving seat. Sellers are also offering great incentives to secure sales.

15 Yr Fixed Jumbo : rates from 5.75% to 6.625%
